Wonderful customer service and beautiful flowers. I placed an order online on behalf of my Dad for her 83rd birthday. Van Mael called To make sure I was OK with some changes from the picture due to availability of flowers, which I was, she made additional suggestions. The next day they not only texted me that they were 30 mins out from delivery but sent pics of the arrangement. I have never had a florist do that and they were beautiful! My mom also texted and sent pictures when they were delivered! She thought they were beautiful and it just made her special day even better! Thank you!

Van Maele’s is the most amazing florist shop! I recently stopped in and found a stunning arrangement. It was unique and beautiful! It contained Cabbage flowers, Pepper Berries, Star of Bethlehem, Hypericum, Boxwood, Cypress, and the largest and most gorgeous white roses! Even the lovely gold vase added to its beauty. This arrangement is not one you would find anywhere else. Also, their customer service is superb and hard to find anywhere else! The arrangement is even more impressive than the pictures.

We had been seriously let down by some of the online services that were screwing up the communication on some previous orders. So I went local and by reviews and boy are we HAPPY! I received a phone call to nail down some of the particulars and even shared how frustrated I was to not make it home to see her. They made this gorgeous cheerful arrangement and even sent me a photo before delivery. Just AMAZING customer service and we’ll never order anywhere else for our Eastside family and friends!

Van Maele's did an absolutely AMAZING job on my wedding flowers last weekend. The entire process of working with them from start to finish was seamless. I received so many compliments on our flowers from guests. A few days has passed since the wedding and the centerpieces still look beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for floral arrangements in the area. Thank you Van Maele's for bringing my vision to life and for the most spectacular arrangements!

I live in Spain and have been ordering flowers for years from Darice and the wonderful team at Van Maele Florist - they are the best - no matter whether you order via phone or in person at their store in Clinton Township! Flowers and plants for all occasions, M-day, F-day, B-day to Xmas holiday decorations as well as grave blankets and wreaths, every arrangement is perfect! They are very professional, friendly, caring, and attentive to all the details. It can be difficult placing an order for flowers long distance but working with Van Maele Florist I can relax knowing that it will be delivered as promised and be exactly what I imagined - BEAUTIFUL!
